Project: Web Site Template for Low bandwidth, Visually Impaired AccessibleDescription: This variation of a class project is designed as a template for a low bandwidth web site. Quick loading and accessibility to visually impaired addressed throughout the design.

Problem: Too many web sites rely heavily on use of images or small text to convey messages. This makes life hard for two main groups of Internet users: low bandwidth (modem) and visually impaired.

Solution: A template for a web site that uses mainly text (readable to people and machines alike). User can easily toggle between text sizes for enhanced functionality.
